CHEESE SLICED SWEET

This is a great dish in south India .one of the new variety of sweets in India .you can prepare and taste of the dish you never forget the taste of the dish.



ingredients 

*Fresh 1st day milk of cow/buffellow  -1 liter
 *Jaggery-2 cup
*Sugar-2tsp
*Cardamom-3




How to make cheese sliced sweet

Take a bowl and pour fresh milk in to it .take idly making bowl and add some water to it and keep the milk bowl in to the idly maker steam for 15 minutes for slow flame.then take another bowl and add Jaggery and sugar and some water to it.keep this bowl in o a stove and dissolve the whole mixture for 15 minutes add cardamom in to it.after that take the steamed milk and  sliced it .then add to jaggery  solution .take a plate pour this mixture in to the plate spread evenly,cool for 10 minutes after that cut in to small pieces.serve to your dear ones .i will make sure that you can prepare in your home definitely you like the taste.i hope you can try.

NOTE

  • Stir for some time in steamer
  • It will becomes hard  not a loose mixture.
  • Keep the lid in to steamer for steam cooking.

RECOMMENDED

  • You can also taste the recipe in different manner it will be simple i will explain the procedure
  • Take the fresh milk of cow or bufellow 1 st days milk.
  • Add black pepper powder and cardamom powder to the milk.
  • Then stir it evenly.
  • Then add jaggery and dissolve the jaggery completely keep it for 15 minutes.
  • Then filter the milk without any impurities .
  • Pour it on a bowl and take idly making bowl and add water keep the bowl in to water and steamed for  20 minutes.
  • After that keep it on refrigerator and cut it in to small pieces.
